Community Relations Liaison & Therapist | she/her

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself, just as I am, then I can change."

-Carl Rogers

Meet Rachel, a therapist and our community relations liaison who believes that meaningful change begins with self-acceptance. With an integration of evidence-based therapies and authentic connection, clients can expect Rachel to show up as a real human--warm, reflective, and deeply engaged in the therapeutic process. She values collaboration and curiosity, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences without judgement and at a pace that feels right for them.

With an iced coffee in hand and an office full of mushrooms, Rachel believes that therapy doesn't have to be intimidating or overly clinical to be effective. Instead, healing often unfolds through genuine connection, moments of insight, and a bit of humor along the way (because sometimes laughing is part of healing too). Whether you are unpacking deep trauma, navigating loss, or just trying to figure out why your brain does what it does, Rachel offers a grounded, compassionate presence to help you make sense of it and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
