Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor who creates a warm, grounded, and genuinely supportive therapy space. She works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood-related challenges, complex trauma, and major life transitions. Nicole has a particular passion for supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum, high-achieving and perfectionistic clients, teens and young adults exploring identity and self-esteem, and those facing relationship or career-related stress. Her approach is thoughtful and collaborative, helping clients make sense of patterns that feel overwhelming or stuck while building clarity and confidence in everyday life.

As a therapist, Nicole is personable, relatable, and deeply attuned to the therapeutic relationship. Clients often describe working with her as both comforting and empowering.
