"Healing trauma is not just about releasing the past. It's about reclaiming your future, awakening your fullest self, and stepping into a life that once felt out of reach."

-Monica Grace

Megan offers a grounded, compassionate space where clients can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. She approaches therapy as a collaborative journey, meeting individuals and families with authenticity, care, and deep respect for their lived experiences. Megan understands that healing does not happen in isolation and thoughtfully considers the systems, relationships, and environments that shape each person’s life. Her style is nurturing, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, creating a space where curiosity, creativity, and mind–body awareness are welcomed as part of the healing process.

Working with Megan feels steady, supportive, and deeply relational. She brings a calm presence to sessions, helping clients feel safe as they explore complex emotions, life transitions, neurodivergence, and parenting challenges. Megan partners closely with clients to foster insight, resilience, and meaningful change, honoring each person’s pace and unique path forward. Clients can expect to feel genuinely supported as they reclaim a sense of connection, agency, and hope, moving toward a future that feels more aligned, empowered, and within reach.
