Clinical Supervisor & Therapist | she/her

"Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t you so you can become who you were meant to be in the first place."

-Anonymous

Kelly believes therapy should be a place where you can feel deeply, be truly seen, and remain safe—even when the work is challenging. Her approach is warm, down-to-earth, and relational, creating a non-judgmental space where clients can show up as they are, including the messy feelings, uncertainty, and hard days. Kelly values authentic connection and often incorporates gentle humor to help ease intensity, making the therapeutic space feel human, grounding, and supportive rather than clinical or intimidating.

Kelly understands that past experiences profoundly shape the present and that healing happens best at a pace that feels steady and respectful. She works collaboratively with clients to explore difficult emotions, negative beliefs, and relational patterns while building a stronger sense of safety, control, and self-trust. Through the use of evidence-based approaches, she supports clients in moving beyond simply coping toward meaningful integration and growth. Clients working with Kelly can expect a thoughtful, strengths-based process that honors resilience, fosters deeper understanding, and supports lasting change.
